Hi..I Copied Standard WF Tempalete

Hi,

I copied from Standard Wf Template and done changes in my new template.

Here i copied Business Object, Standard Task and Template also.

If i execute my workflow it is working and getting meesage to inbox.

But i am not receiving messages, if i execute QA11 Transaction.

I checked in SWEL but in Event Trace my Event is not showing.

I made Event receiver Linkage for my workflow Template

I am using in ECC 5.0 and how i have to configure in MIG..Even i tried in

Quality Management --> Quality Notification --> Notification Processing --> Activate workflow template

Agent Assignment i have taken present my User ID..

What i have done is all ok ..or i need ur help..

Hi ,

Using QA11 transaction will trigger events availble in standard object. If at all you want to trigger your z object event ....you have to manually code it using usr exits or badis...

Best solution is to do with delegation.....think of it.....

There is another option of starting workflow without using Events and BOR objects...

What is the scenario ....so that i can help you....

Hi Vijay,

Not only QA11 .I have two types of workflows I need to same trigger my workflow from ME21N and ML81N Transactions also...

I created all workflow like copied from standard.

All Events are not showing in SWEL.

Where is the Problem?

My Question is If i Activate my Objects in SWE2 that Event should show in SWEL.

For QA11: Scenario:

After Made Usage Decision and completion of Inspection,User entries and result record should send a mail to in all Quality Department persons.

Hi Soni,

Try using status management to trigger your workflow.

1. Goto transaction BSVW: select customer setting and make a new entry for status object "QM1" ( for quality notification ) and the respective business object type,schema and event to trigger.

2. Also maintain event linkage in SWE2.

Hope this will trigger your workflow.

Hi Soni,

If you dont get any log in SWEL then there will be a error in the event linkage.

First check the event linkage in SWE2, Check have you give the standard or subtype business object.

If you can able to see a log in SWEL then the workflow is working good.

I don't know what is going on here.

SWE2 is done properly..All in Activate of all my Business Objects..

But in SWEL is not showing. I switched off and again switched on Trace.

Still the same problem.

In SWU3 are in Green.

Please tell is there any configuration is required in SPRO..

i am using ECC 5.
