Delete Routes with status Active


When a route is created and it has status "Active" I'm not able to delete the route after it has been finished. However I can delete a route which one has status "in Process" but I'm not able to change the status as all fields are set to grey-out after it's completed.

Also for the same I cannot delete the visit inside the route. The delete button is not available. Only possibility is to go to the visit itself and from there I can delete it.

Anyone an idea how to solve this?

    Hello Arian =)

    I investigated your issue scenario and found the case document

    2422003 - You cannot Delete a Route After they Have been Activated and the Visits Generated.

    There it is stated that this is the system standard behavior. Maybe you can go further and, as Administration Guide suggests in the section ' - Use Web Services (A2X) to Read, Edit, or Delete Routes' address this with webservices, okay?

      Please mind the steps below for reaching the mentioned case document 2422003:

      1) Select the “Solution Search” button from any “Incident” window. The “Solution Search” window opens.

      2) Enter one or more search terms and select “Go”.

      3) Check the displayed results and refine your search if necessary.

      For more details about the search options and results, refer to the document “Incident Quick Guide”.
