Dear all,
we are running BW 7.4 on HANA.
I am trying to join two ADSO in a Composite Provider in HANA Studio. From ADSO A e.g. I want to select 0COSTCENTER whereas from ADSO B I want to use a nav attribute e.g. 0PLANT__COSTCENTER.
In former Multiprovider definition it was possible to do this, but in the composite provider definition neither in the "Scenario" nor "Output" tab I was able to do this mapping. In the "scenario" tab no navigation attributes are visible.
How this mapping can be done? Any ideas would be great.
Best regards,
Stefanos

Hello!
Turning on Navigational Attributes of an Infoobject in the Composite Provider:
If you have a Hana view in the composite provider, make sure you have selected the "Direct Usage of Associated Object by Name" under Association drop down with Infoobject option. Please refer to the attached screenshot . Should work for BW 7.4 version too. Thank you!
Output Tab -> Select the Infoobject under Provided Fields and choose the change the options on the right side pane.
Kind Regards,

Hi - Not sure if you have the answer but its automatically mapped for source as ADSO. All you have to do is Make sure to turn them on in the Output page by right clicking on the field and turn on Nav attributes. This will map it and make it availalbe for reporting.
Hope this helps!

I don't think it's possible, at least not in BW 7.4
It only works for InfoCubes, which is shown in the screenshots above. Current workaround for me: Create a second Composite Provider (just with the ADSO), activate navigation attributes and insert it into the first Composite Provider. Then you're able to display the unassigned navis as shown above.

Hi Raju,
I was not aware of this setting.
Thank you, it works now very fine.
