Outlook Add-in: Synchronization of existing apointment/visit

Hi all,

I'm using the Add-in for Microsoft Outlook in the latest version 172.1.3044.853.
As described in the documentation it's a bidirectional communication.

When I create an appointment/visit in Outlook it's sychrozied to C4C and the other way around. If I delete the appointment/visit in C4C, it's gonna be deleted in Outlook as well and of course the other way around.

But when I change e. g. date/time of an existing appointment/visit nothing is synchronized.

How to reproduce the described behaviour:

  1. Create a new appointment in Microsoft Outlook
  2. Add Appointment to SAP C4C
  3. Appointment is synchronized
  4. Open the appointment in Outlook or C4C, change date/time and save again.
  5. The changes are not synchronized

Is this Szenario not supported or do I Need to Setup some Special configurations?

The scenario is supported - simply give some time for the changes to synchronize (it's not instantaneous).

You're right. In comparsion with a create/delete it takes some more time. In my case up to 5 minutes.
