SAP MSS UWL Error

When trying to view an expense claim in MSS when we try to open the link to view the claim we get an error along the lines of "Initialisation of SAP GUI for HTML failed".....the URL it is trying to open is

https://selfserviceportal.DOMAIN/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fevery_user!2f...

Can anyone give me a clue what is wrong please?

Hi

Try below steps if that helps you

The browser property "Enable native XMLHTTP support" has to be enabled.

1. In Internet Explore, go to "Tools -> Internet Options"
2. Open the "Advanced" tab
3. Select the checkbox next to "Enable native XMLHTTP support"
