SAP Personas 3.0 Hide Menu Button and SAP Easy Access

Hi guys,

I know this question has been raised before but can't find a solution for it. I'm unable to select the Menu button and SAP Easy Access Tab, therefore unable to hide.

I ran the Health Check and got green across the board, the same with Personas Notes Checker.

Any thoughts?

Resurrecting an old thread, but I also have the exact same issue:

Personas 3 SP7
SAP_BASIS 750 SP4
Kernal 745, patch 800

Note 2633063 version 29 (latest) is installed

Is there any update on this?

We're running patch 722, and support package 316, Personas 3 SP5, note version 2447935.

What is your kernel release and patch level? Are you on 749?

Also, Personas support package, client note version?
