Multi Logon

Hi

When I try logging in twice to the QA system i get the window which reads

1. Continue with this logon, end any other logons in system

2.Continue with this logon, without ending any other logons in the system

3. Terminate this logon (with the list of existing logons)

In my Production system I would like to remove the second option

Is this a instance parameter which needs to be set for this ? A rdisp parameter ?

Please advise

best regards

Ravi

    Hi Ravi,

This is indeed set by instance parameter login/disable_multi_gui_login.Set this value as 1 to disable the multi login option in your system. You can disable the profile parameters using RZ10

      Hi Ravi,

The profile parameter is login/disable_multi_gui_login. Set its value to 1 to disable multiple logons.

Also check the parameter. This would allow you mutiple logons for selective users also.

      Please award points accordingly.

      Regards.

      Ruchit.
