Hi Friends,
Singapore Tax changed 5% to 8%. To effect this change in SAP, where I need to be configured. Please advice.
Best regards,
RAMAN.
Hi,
It depends on how the tax codes are configured. If you used condition records, create a new condition record for the same tax code with new validity period from the date of enactment of tax rate @8% using FV11. If you want to create a new tax code, do it by FTXP

Hi,
For FTXP, SPRO->Financial Accounting->Financial Accounting Global Settings->Tax on Sales and Purchases->Calculation->Define Tax Codes for Sales and Purchases
use T.Code FV11 itself if u want to create new condition records. If your condition types contains MWST access sequence, condition record will be automatically created. and in that case you need to create new Tax Codes with 8% rate.

You can change the same using T.code FTXP.
Also, pls read the message about transporting tax codes.
