Hi Expert,
We have installed SAP Lumira add-in in our BO platform. As per our architecture we have web and app servers separately. When I try to save the report back to BI Platform it showing an error message whereas I can able to login to BI Platform to create a dataset based on the OLAP connection.
App Server:
Lumira Server
Web Server:
Web Application and Mobile Application
BI version: 4.1 SP05
Lumira : 1.31.6 both server and desktop (LS4BI31P_6-80001025)
Steps Followed: File-> New -> BW Data Acquisition -> Connect to "SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" -> select OLAP Connection -> Select Req BEx -> Create Viz and Stories -> File -> Save "SAP BI Platform" -> cant able to login.
URL Used: http://<system_name>:6405/biprws whereas I can able login to platform via IDT, Xcelsius, Design Studio and client tools.
So could you please help me on this, whether I have missed anything in my installation or something additional steps need to be performed to access the BI platform.
Thanks!
Regards,
Ramesh Jothimani
