      Hi,

Are you using any Gateway(external/internal) to connect to the EP system?

We have faced this type of Error. It was due to Gateway. Ask your BASIS and check your Gateway.

      or

check your system admin, whether any firewall enabled in that system, that stops the RFC connection.

From your Error message, i can conclude that there was no RFC connection Between your EP sytem and BI sytem.

Note: Goto SM59 and there you can find TCP connection. Check your connection there. Do connection test.

if it is useful assign points.

      Regards,

      Senthil Kuamr.P
