Hi,
I am building a query with Exceptions. I have 4 key figures, and the report shows values for those KFs in 2 versions - actual and simulated.
I have defined a formula (Variance) showing percentage variance between the two Versions for all key figures.
I need to highlight "Variance" with some exception settings.
I've created one exception, selected "all key figures" for "Variance" and ensured that the exception is active.
But when I run the report, I see exceptions highlighted only on Overall results. When I suppress result rows, the exception does not show on the rows.
How do I get the exceptions to show when the overall result is suppressed?
Thanks,
Pooja
Hi,
Exceptions are used only for highlighting the rows or colums in your case once if you supress the result rows then it will affect the overall result, R Select your exception window, In that window select "Area of Application of the Exception", change the value from "Totals Only" to "All", then save & activate now see the
output.

Hi Pooja,
Maybe you can go to the exceptions window, in "Area of Application of the Exception", change the value from "Totals Only" to "All".
