EDLI PF Admin charges (Payroll India)

Hi Guys,

In SAP 4.7 version I changed ZNED (Copied from INED rule) to stop EDLI & PF admin charges multiplying by 100000.

In ECC 6 when I checked the standard rule i.e. INED it is giving an error that "Type of operation is different from rule type". But it is not happening in 4.7 for the same rule (i.e. INED). Hence eventhough I changed Payroll is giving an error that "STOP: No rule in key INED/3F8***"

Can anybody help me on this issue
