SSO ticket : system is unable to interpret

Hello,

in ERP ECC 6.0 (Portal on same instance). We tried to congirue tickets for XSS but we have found this error :

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received
