EEWB - need help

Hi guys,

I need to work on eewb stuff but seem like there is not much information about it. So any help will be appreciated.

A field need to be added into the header and item of say service contract, how you go about doing it?

The problem is, cant do it in the same extension, because when you checked both the item and header checkbox, it turn into a billing item data (note: when you only checked item, it goes into customer item data, only checked header it goes to customer header data, checked both it strangely changed to billing item data).

if you do it in diff extention, you won't have the above problem, but it will complain saying that the same field name already exist.

So any idea guys?

Hi Jee,

Add another field of same type and change the description in Data element level.

So that you can add two fields of same type and same description.

So meaning no way we can create the same field name in both header and item?
