Dear All,

When iam creating a PO for Standard,cost centre(Acct ass cat). I have given the PR #, Net Price etc etc. When clicking create it's showing one error as:

No Conversion factors are maintained for the currency pair or there is no valid entry for 20.04.2007.

Hello Vineeth,

When you create the PO in foreign currency at that time system checks whether exchange rate is available in excahnge rate table for given period, if not then it will give the error for conversion.

Maintain the exchange rate in OB08 transaction.

I did maintain the exchange rate in OB08 transaction code:

EXRT Valid From From Dir Quot To

M 20.04.2007 INR 58,00000 EUR

Can u suggest what is my mistake.iam munable to create my PO because of this error.

Hi,

have you also configured the conversion the other way around?

You need EUR to INR

AND you need the entry for

INR to EUR
