Hello every one, What is the use of Activity type and Statistical Key figures ?

can you just give the things much clear where did you come across is it relating to hr or financial accounting or you can do one thing go to spro and press CTRL+F give their activity type and statistical key figures there it shows different module which module you want just double click on that it will take directly into that so this will help you a lot .

NOTE: The term activity ttype belongs to recruitment and training and event management where as statistical key figures belongs to profit cost center accounting and cost center.so which ever you want you can go through that

To transfer IS-H services to activity types in CO, you have to create corresponding activity types in Controlling.

In the activity type master record, you assign an activity type category to every activity type. The activity type category determines how an activity type is allocated in CO. You can use the following activity type categories:

"Normal" allocatable activity type (activity category 1)

Allocatable activities are assigned to sender and receiver cost objects (for example, cost centers) within internal activity allocation.

Non-allocatable activity type (activity category 2)

Non-allocatable activities are assigned to the sender cost object, for example the performing cost center. Receiver cost objects cannot be specified. Allocation to other objects is not possible.

You define non-allocatable activity types for IS-H services which are both requested and performed by the same cost center.

The statistical values describing:

Cost centers

Orders

Business processes

Profit centers

There are the following types of statistical key figures:

Fixed value - Fixed values are carried forward from the current posting period to all subsequent periods.

Total value -

Totals values are posted in the current posting period only.
