fb02 mass update

Hello,

Does anybody know if there is a SAP delivered t-code that will perform a mass update using FB02. I checked the TSTCT table and here in the forums and I could not find anything. Our user wants to update some withholding tax information on 2250 records and I was not sure if there was something already in place or if I have to design something
