Problem with viewing file in portal from KM

Hi,everybody!

I upload file to KM,it is working without any problem.

In the case of getting file name in english all is ok.

But in the case of getting name of the file in hebrew,first time

I open it from portal it is still working good and I can view the

file.But in second time I try to open it,it is not working,like internet

page not exist but the path to the file is the same like at the first time

I opened it.Something strange.

Any idea?

Is it an office document?

I've dealt with this issue a year ago with no success.

After addressing this issue to SAP they said it's a Microsoft issue.

Applying all SP/Patches to Windows/Office didn't help in my case...

Yoav's answer in the thread can help but bear in mind that you delete files from the client's machine...

Yes,only with office or pdf files I have a such problem.
