com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION

Hi,

We are trying to configure PSS Business Package on our EP 7.0 .We

have configured the following JCOs which are required for the BP...

SAP_cProjects/ SAP_cProjects_Metadata - D20 (Cprojects System)

SAP_ERP_cProjects/ SAP_ERP_cProjects_Metadata - D10 (ERP System)

The worklist iview is working fine. but when we are opening the create project link it is throwing an error as follows

from the error it is evident that it is connecting to R10 which we havent configured to.

We checked the webdynpro application for its JCOs and there we found only these four..

Pls. suggest where could be the mistake.

This kind of Problem still persists in EP 7.0

Especially whenever 2 Engines are installed ( ABAP Engine & J2EE Engine)

so please Check Whether u r WAS is installed with 2 Engines .

if so , tell me how many Engines U have installed ( 1 or 2 ) ???

Hi Mrutyunjay,

Did you test these four JCOs when you configurated?

The error means that you have some issue to fix, like create a entry at Hosts (d100udc1s ip) or service (sapmsR10 port) file.
