Strange, I don't know why the link isn't working for you.

Try the old fashioned way then. Go to service.sap.com. Click on 'software download' underneath the SAP Support Portal section. Click on 'search for all categories' on the left hand side. Search for 'firefighter'. The result is a list of firefighter versions. Depending on the WAS version that you have and the version of Firefighter that you are installing, you then click on that link. It will give you the software and installation documentation.

If you want more information, click on help & Support in the SAP Service marketplace and search for Firefighter. It will give you all of the installation and configuration documentation. eg. <a href="https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700006501662006E">Firefighter 5.2 Installation Guide</a>

is it FF ABAP side or NETWEAVER side

For ABAP side , it is just PAT file

For NW use SDM
