Defaulting a text in custom text-id in Bid Invitation screen

Hi,

We are running on SRM 5.0.I have a requirement wherein i need to default a text in one of the text-ids under the DOCUMENT link under the HEADER data tab in the BID INVITATION screen.

I have created the custom header level text -id and tried to use the link in SPRO(Define Fixed Values for Texts) for defaulting the text for that TEXT-ID.But the problem is that in the standard,the default text comes in the form of DROPDOWN list.

My requirement is to default the text in a <b>TEXT EDITOR</b> (not in dropdown list where it needs to be selected explicitly)whenever a Bid Invitation is created.

Can anyone suggest which will be the best possible way to do this?
