Hello Experts,
We are extracting cleared items from Data source 0FC_CI_01 which will be loaded to BW info cube.
But currently we are using program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER for filling cleared items for the current date in SAP ECC system which updates table DFKKCIBW.
Data which is updated via program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER has less number of records for a particular date and causing date issue in BW side.
when i use t-code FPCIBW for filling cleared items then all records are coming in table DFKKCIBW.
Currently i am deleting previous month data during closing and re-loading it via t-code FPCIBW.
What is the difference between running via T-code FPCIBW and program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER.
Kindly guide why we are missing records when we are using program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER with mass activity CIBW.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Shivaraj
Using RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER does not affect the process. The only difference could be in the template you are using for the scheduling.

Hello William,
Clearing Info cube was deleted and Re-loaded in Dec 2016.
1. In SAP ECC side, Program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER was triggered with below selections.
Mass activity type - CIBW.
Date ID - 12/12/2016.
Identification - CI0001.
2. On BW side, full infopackage was run with above Date ID and Identification number for the initial load.
Currently we have job which is triggered in SAP ECC using Program RFKK_MA_SCHEDULER on a daily basis and info package is triggered the current date selection and Identification as CI0001.
Job details -
Currently Job which is running in SAP ECC system as below values .
We are running BW info package load with selections 0FC_RUNDATE=20170620 (OLAP Variable which picks up current date) ;0FC_RUN_ID=CI0001; on daily basis.
Kindly check and let me know if i am missing something on scheduling part.
Thanks a lot.
Warm Regards
Shivaraj
