urgent: restricting order for certain limit.

Hi folks,

my client's business scenario allows order for certain amount only.

ex: order should be restricted if the value of the document exceeds 3,00,000.00 INR.

this customizing has to be done with out using credit management...

please put some light on ...

if u want restrict to each custamer certain amount u write a user exit USEREXIT_FIELD_RELEASE u keep this in billing level ,with this u can give each custemer certaim amount

Hi, azzu

If u want to restrict the order value to 300000 during automatic credit control configuration maintain 300000 in the field document value and specify the reacation if document value exceeds than the specified, and check block,then system blocks the sales order which value exceeds than 300000.

Hi Azhar,

In my opinion, In standard SAP you cant do this customization. you have to make use of user exit and proceed as you want. you can use include MV45AFZZ and the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE to solve your issue.

Hi,

Maybe you can use 'Value Contracts-VA41' to the extent of 3lacs and create sales order with reference to the same.

Once the value reaches 3lacs, no sales order will be allowed to generate against that contract.

Hi,

Use user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in program MV45AFZZ.

in this you can write the code as if net value VBAK-NETWR exceeds your given value then user should not be allowed to save the document.
