How to get HCI connectivity support?

We are currently urgently trying to set up our first HCI project for Spain SII. We have an incident open 279000 / 2017 to try and get certificate authentication working. We have found the documentation around this area confusing and are struggling to complete this in time or get efficient support through SAP incidents. Is it possible to schedule expert sessions with the HCI team to try and get us setup as quickly as possible?
