which one is the best method for transports and why?

1)login to source system and than transported .

2)login to target system and than transported .

please inform asap.

Hi Adil,

Logon to Source:

*For Transporting You need to create and release a transport Object in the Source

system.

Logon To Target:

*Logon to Target system.

*Import the Transaport object from Source system

yes ,it is common directory ,is thier any problem with performance in source system...

if i am doing transport request from target system is any issue...

Hi,

For Transport you have to release the object first so you will release it from source system , and if the transport directory is common then you need not to login into target system you can import it from source system
