Backend Contract Creation Error

Hi,

When I tried to create the contract from SRM in backend R/3 4.6c, IDOC BLAORD its giving the error "Requested function V70S is not available here"

When I debug the IDOC I found that error was in SAPDV70A screen 100. Can any body tell how to solve the error.
