We have implemented SAP 9.2 PL:08. In the pld of purchase order, I have added a logo of company. This logo is placed in shared folder of sap i.e. Images. When I use manager login for viewing the report of purchase order, logo is displayed on the report. But when I use user's login having low authorization, the logo is not displaying.
I am facing this problem in PL:08. Earlier I was working on PL:04 where everything was working fine.
I have received partial solution for this problem. On the client's pc , I log in using manager id. Then I set the path for all options i.e word template, excel folder, picture folder etc. Then I logout and relogin using client's login.
This solution works for few days but again it gives error as ,
Attachments folder not defined, or Attachments folder has been changed or removed

Hi Dilip Kumbhar,
You need to provide full rights to access the share folder path for other users. In general settings try to set the Picture path with IP based.
