Hi
We are having a situation where a user needs to login to a SAP Server temporarily. For some specific reasons his existing logon pad cannot be modified to add another entry (for this server). Is there another way to provide him access.
I have thought about getting him access to Citrix where we have the saplogon. I want to know if there is another way besides this.
best regards
Ravi
You can try doing this:
Go to command prompt and type the following
sapgui <hostname or ip address> <instance no >
**Award points if helpful

Why can't his logon pad be modified? Is he running "C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\setup\SAL\SapLogon.sal"?
Have you thought about its?
