Hi Luis,
You need to create an iView with iView template of BEX Web Application.
Once you create a Bex Web Application iView, it would ask for selecting the BI version i.e, BI7 or BW3. If your BW is BI 7 then directly need to give the REPORT=YOURREPORTNAME in the next step. Else If it is BW 3, then you need to select the BW System (created in your System Landscape of Portal) later you have to give the template_id=reportname.
BEx Web Application Query String
Field BEx Web Application Query String must contain the following values for BEx Web applications, BW queries and BW bookmarks:
BEx Web application:
template_id=<TEMPLATE_ID>
BW query:
infocube=<INFOCUBE>&query=<QUERY>
BW bookmark:
bookmark_id=<BOOKMARK_ID>
Thanks,
Raags

You probably need to start with this documentation if you are new to this:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/9d/24ff4009b8f223e10000000a155106/frameset.htm
There are lots of different ways which have advantages/disadvantages...
There is loads of information there, so feel free come back with other questions / more detail of what you are after
