Hello,

I was wondering if there was an easy way to get to the following:

"the Business Process Repository for the mySAP Business Suite 2005 (ST-ICO 150)"

Cheers,

Mike

I'm not sure what you mean by "get to".

Have you installed the latest patch to ST-ICO?

After that you go to SOLAR01, select the Scenario or Business Process folder in the BPS, click on the structure tab, make sure the Business Process Repository is selected from the drop down in the top right part of the tab, click in an empty structure cell, click F4, search for the elements you want in the BPR and mark the checkbox beside them to import them into the SolMan BPS.

Is this what you mean?

Hello Sukhwinder,

Don't worry. All the content which you select and take over from the BPR into your project (so into transaction SOLAR01 as described above), the business scenarios, processes, process steps and all related content is copied. In other words: SAP Solution Manager takes care of that - so you do not need to restrict the BPR to display or be afraid of changing anything in the BPR. The BPR is automatically available to you only in display mode.

Hi Sukhwinder,

you should open a new thread when you have a question. This one is marked as answered and less people will look at it to help you.

That said I still don't understand your requirement. Do you want

1. to make the BPR read only (meaning you cannot import it into the structure)?

2. to make the BPR items in the BPS readable, but the other item modifiable?

3. to make the entire BPS with BPR elements read only?

4. something else?

Answers:

1. There is a link to an HTML version of the BPR on SAP's web site somewhere

2. Not possible

3. Possible through role assignment

4. ...
