Limit an infotype time constraint 2

Hi,

We have maked a client infotype that must have one register for every year. And for this reason its time constraint is 2.

User wants this infotype limits when employee fires. Do you know how to limit this infotype in a date different of 31.12.9999 without creating a new register?
