Hi,
We're in the process of getting our help desk to do all the user locks/ and unlocks. As such we'd like them to receive the notifications when a user is locked and wants support.
I've changed the UME parameter:
ume.notification.admin_email=testemail@XYZ.com
The email now sends successfully to that email address but they email body contains:
Dear <Username>
This <username> is one taken seemingly random from the list of portal users. The email is sent correctly but the body text is incorrect. Does anyone know if there is a parameter to change that?
