Company is in cleanup process; additional users are not allowed

Hi all

SAP Business one Client system hanged during the cleanup process and after that I am not able to login to the System. I get the Error message : Company is in cleanup process, additional users not allowed

I restored the database => same message

I restarted the server => same message
I had a look on the SAP Note 2288015 - Company is in cleanup process; additional users are not allowed but it can't help

Please help

Hi Christian,

Please try the following (in MS SQL Server Management Studio):

1. Create a new blank database
2. Restore the latest backup file of your B1 company database to this new db, with overwrite and under files Restore as set to the files of the new database.
3. Once restore is done, open the B1 client. The new database should be there and accessible. You may have to refresh the company list.
