Well, I sent an email to sdn@sap.com a few days ago ... But it seems for me, everything remained unchanged ...

Hi Tamas,

When I get those sent to me at sdn@sap.com, they are immediately forwarded to 3 people that constitute the "forums team". One of them will then investigate the thread links and verify that they are questionable, then may either email the offending user (if it is a first time offense and not a massive amount of point grubbing) or simply tell me to delete all userids associated with that email address. It obviously takes a few days for this process given emails and time zone differences. This week is particularly tough as everyone is at the US Sapphire event. They all eventually get taken care of. It just takes a little time.

Best Regards,

David

David,

Thanks for this clarification. It throws light now what happens after we report something suspicious to sdn@sap.com.

@ All~

I just received a mail from the SDN team for one such complaint I had raised and so let me assure as well that things are tracked to closure and you are also informed of what action was taken.

I think the SDN team needs some thanking for what they have been doing. It is easy ( most of the times ) to catch the culprit but educating them is a difficult job and the moderators are doing that job and they are doing it quite well.

Regards

Bhavesh
