About characteristic properties

Hi,

I have basic clarification here. In the query, the characteristic properties the character display as Text, key, Text and Key and Key and Text. Please explain what is difference between these are.

If select characteristic as a Key or Text or Key and Text or Text and Key then how the characteristic will display in Report.
