In CN41n report production Order plan cost does not include material cost

Hello Friends,

I am having scenario wherein production order created account assigned WBS Elements.

Planned cost for Production Order does not include Material Cost, it captures only Activity Cost. Where as when I confirm Production Order it shows material as well as activity cost.

E.g. Production Order # 10800022

Plan Costs Act. Costs

2,250.00 24,540

Plan cost should be:

22,290.00 + 2,250.00= 24,540.00

Castings Purchases = 22,290.00
Internal Activity Allocation 310010006/ASSY01 = 2,250.00

Where as in report it shows only 2,250.00.

This Actual Cost 24,540 includes Material cost, In MRP 2 view Backflush is set as 1.

In configuration OPSV Order Category both 10 and 20 check box is tick marked.

Please let me know if I missed any config here?

Please note, I am working on HANA S4 platform.

I am using Valuated project stock. My all PP orders are account assigned to WBS Elements.

Are you using Valuated or Non-Valuated Project Stock? And are any pf the materials on the PP order Project Stock?
