Dear friends,
How can i find the login id from which a particular mrp was run on a particular day.
Example. 1st mrp run on 1-04-07 , 2nd mrp run on 3-04-07 , 3rd mrp run on 5-04-07. Now as on date how can i find who run the mrp on 3-04-07 & at what time?
regards,
Mohit Goyal
If you want to know user id who run MRP, you can use STAD and ST03N ,
or program RMMDMONI. (Or if MRP is trrigered by job, just check content of
job log from SM37).
(I think program RMMDMONI is easy one to use)
Some remark for other transaction.
STAD - just contain last 2 days log (on average)
-ST03N (you can specify user ID by following following steps)
-Go to ST03N (change to expert mode).
-And then open transaction profile (left side <lower part>).
-Then specify task type <background/dialog>
-Search MRP (MD01 / RMMRP000).
-double click job name or transaction code.
you will see popup and this popup contain user who run MRP.
<This function become enable when you open each application server>.
I hope this information help you little bit.
best regards
Keiji

Hi Mohit,
There is a Basis transaction to find who all (Userid) has run a particular transaction and when. I had used it but dont remember now, may be I shall post it if i could recollect.
I would suggest you to work with a basis guy on this,

Hello Mohit,
You can find the user name from table PLAF (transaction SE16). For example if you have run the MRP then your name be copied but next day if other user is running the MRP for the same part or plant then he should run with planning mode 3 to copy his name otherwise with planning mode1 your name will remain there.
Once the MRP run then the last MRP results will be copied with the recent MRP results. If you want store the MRP list then there is customizing setting but this not recommendable from SAP bacuse this will effect on the capacity of database and you have archieve time to time.
If helpful rewards your points.
Regards
TAJUDDIN
