Unable to take backup windows /oracle

Dear Experts,

I am not able to take backup from db13 & brtools. please find below logs. kindly help

Hi Swamy,

ORA-38802: edition does not exist
Cause: This error occurred because a reference was made to an edition that does not exist or that the current user does not have privileges on.
Action: Check the edition name and verify that the current user has appropriate privileges on the edition.

So this is somehow related to permission. Please verify sap note 480266 point 1 and 2 for user sapservice<sid> and <sid>adm.

Thanks for update. we have not done refresh. we have just restored the data by online backup.
