Hi SRM gurus,
We have configured our CCM -
supplier, master and procurement catalogs and we have products available and we have created two views also for the same.
The views are assigned to the role -
personalization----/ccm/view/assignments.
The procurement catalog is published after the creation of the views sucessfully.
With shop we could get the screen with display dropdown -
Categories Hierarchically & Display categories as index.
But we could not find any of the products if we select "Go" after the "Find"
Our external webservices in the SRM config is as per the config guide.
We have CAT attribute added with the procurement catalog id.
Somewhere we are missing config, that we could not see the products while shopping.
Any thoughts on this.
Reg.,
Sridhar.
Hi Sridhar,
Your issue is related to the view assignment, the easy test is to deassign the view from the role and retest, in this case the user should see all catalog content, if this is result when tested then your view is incorrectly created, perhaps for example you have a rule set as exclusive where it should be inclusive etc....

Jason

Hi Ravi,
No, this issue is no longer one related to the CCM, in order to determine what the problem is in the shopping cart it would be nessecary to debug the shopping cart transfer to ECC to determine the real cause of the error
My suggestion for this is to access the shopping cart in error in tx BBP_PD and while in the cart details enter the command TRANSFER into the command field, this will call a breakpiont at the DOC_TRANSFER and allow you to debug, be sure though to skip over the coding which cheks for the cart status as otherwise it will exit, i.e. the cart check will see this has been already given a status (probably I1111) and as a result will not re try
Alternatively you could use FM BBP_REQREQ_RESUBMIT and debug the transfer from here, this way you don't need to worry about the status as it should clear the SC status during runtime.
Good luck!!
Jason
