Hi,

using bo4 enterprise and have various bo4 webi reports. The servers are due to be migrated to a new dat acentre.

1 have 2 quetsions

1) If scheduled report is running when the servers are stopped, report will fail. Does it kick off again when the servers are restarted

2) If say servers brought down at 10.00 a.m. and a report woudl ordinarily run at 11.00 a.m but servers not restarted until 2.00 p.m. would such a report kick off again automtically?

Thanks

1) No. What you can do to mitigate this is disable the job servers some period of time prior to the outage (let's say one hour). Reports will not start up while the job servers are disabled. You can then re-enable them after the outage.

2) In most cases yes, but it depends on how they are scheduled. If they have a dependency on events, and the event fired during the outage, they will not run automatically.

Thanks for update - no event based schedule just time-based schedules.
