Hi,
We have a number of jobs running which have distribution lists linked to them.
The distribution lists were saved in the "Shared folder".
Until 2 days ago, the e-mails were sent automatically.
Tuesday, all the distribution lists were disappeared from SAP. So no e-mails were sent. I don't know how that has happened.
Yesterday we created new distribution lists (in a "Private folder"), but still no e-mails were sent.
The distribution lists are still available in SAP, so I don't know what can cause that problem.
I wonder if someone could help me?

Can you check the Settings in the SCOT Transaction .

Hi,
Thank you for the information.
When I select the related period in the SCOT transaction, I see:
on 18.04.07:164 mails with status "completed"
on 19.04.07: 141 mails with status "completed"
No mails have the status "Error".
Is there another way to check this issue?

Check the JOB's related programs once and try to activate them once.
May be the link between the programs and Distribution lists is gone when the lists disappear.
Now they may not be able to link with the distribution lists..
Check the thing once by running one of the progarm in FOREGROUND once (if possible debug that)

I had re-created a distribution list and linked it to the job and it did not work yesterday.
I will try it again.
