Planned Independent Requirement

Hi Experts,
We are working with the planning with planning material with MTS (Strategy - 63) & we have maintained the Bill of Material for the Planning Material( Example - P) which consist of two finished goods (A & B).

Material Master - In the Material Master we have maintained the Planning conversion factor as 0.70 for Material A & 0.30 for Material B in the Material Master in MRP 3 .

BOM - We have maintained the BOM for planning Material as Header Qty -100 & components A& B both having the Qty as "100 "
Our requirement is when we provide the PIR for the Planning Material of 100 Qty then it should create the Planned Order for of 70 Qty for the Material A & for B it should create Planned for 30 Qty based on the Planning Conversion factor maintained in the Material Master .
Please let me know if it is possible through Planning Strategy "63" or by any other Planning Strategy .
We don't want to use Product group & SOP to achieve this
