Recurring inspection lots and rework process orders

Former Member

Once if the retest date is reached, the materials will be placed in inspection stock as recurring inspection is active.

I want the system to create rework orders automatically if the recurring inspection lot is rejected.

Please help me.

Use QA07 to initiate the recurring inspection lots, QA07 can also be scheduled in background to place the materials/batches in Quality when the retest date is reached.

I think you have to a get a z program developed which gets trigerred once the inspection lot is rejected, and creates a rework order for the material under a different order type.

Hope this helps you.
