We have a Helpdesk user, if any SAP user gets problem they mail it to this user in SBWP inbox. Now Helpdesk user have lots of mail due to this when ever they logged into and try to open their inbox (SBWP) it takes much time to load , in addition to that many times got dump TIME_OUT. Please suggest what we can do for this issue? Is there a way to archive there mails from last year and latest ,mail will be available in there inbox.
