PO was approved on 22.05.2017 but the output was generated on 29.05.2017

Hi Experts,

We have strange issue with po output.We have a program to send out email to vendeor immediately after the PO is approved.For this PO ,it was approved on 22.05.2017,but the email was sent out on 29.05.2017.Anyone encountered this kind of issue before.Kindly advise what might me the reason for this delay.

Hi Anu,

What Jurgen told above, is very valid.

Since, all the PO's were working as per the program and only one PO had this strange issue, I don't think that its an issue with the program.

Also, I have question. Has the OUTPUT type of the PO doc type or the condition records, been changed during that time or a new OUTPUT TYPE was assigned to the PO Doctype? If yes, we can expect this kind of behaviour from system. Please have a check and reply.

"We have a program" - what does that mean, is it a Z-program? If yes, then nobody outside your company can know what it does, how it selects messages to be send and when it excludes them. This can only be analyzed by your own developers.
