CALL_MESSAGE_SCREEN

Hi,

I am using the CALL_MESSAGE_SCREEN and screen no 998 but it thorws dump saying that the User GKAMUR has no profile definition....and goes out of the transaction...

whats the way out?

    Hi Gunjan,

    you must to configure the user in rf custo.

    Try olml transaction -> mobile data entry -> rf queue management -> assign processor to queues

    And there, you must assign the a screen size.

    You have to take into account that call_message_screen is a fm for RF.

    Hi Kumar,

    Maintain your user id in the tcode LRFMD with following parameters

    For example

    Warehouse Number USER Queue Status Screen format Variant Mainmenu

    WDC RJIDIGAM ZONE08 check this box 8X40 2 DCMAIN

    Please maintain above parameters you will not face the dump.
