can someone tell me the transaction or a table that contains the help text details that appears in performance assistant pop up ?

SE61 is the t-code for all such kind of modifications.

can u giv me a step by step procedure to modify help text (text that appears in a pop up performance assistance window)

I vl give u the procedure step by step for Z-objects.

1. Create Data element in <b>se11</b>, say ZSDN

2.goto <b>se61</b>

select <b>data class : Data Element</b> ( from F4, u have select it, it looks non- editable, but still accepts values from F4 help.)

<b>data element : ZSDN</b>

Press <b>Create</b> Button

Type the text that is required in the editor provided.

Now save and activte.

Now goto SE11 and check the documentation for that (ZSDN) data element.
