Intergrated ITS - NW2004s

Hi,

We have just upgraded our Portal to NW2004s, and we seem to encounter problems with the Intergrated ITS. We were on EP6 - sp2.

I have setup the ports using SICF and activated all the required services.

The connection works fine from the Portal to the backend systems.

When we try to select from ESS- Leave balances, the following error occurs:-

What has happened?

The URL http://hostname:8080/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/pz09 was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system QUS : Communication failure

The error occurred on the application server hrqus00_QUS_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: IMC_CANCEL_TX

The ABAP call stack was:

Is there a Guide available for " Intergrated ITS " and post activity steps after the upgrade.
