BO 3.1 SP7 and oracle

We have an issue after the installation of Boxi 3.1 SP7 with Oracle 12.

We cannot refresh data of a report via the CMC or via infoview. (RDBMS invalid WIS 10901). Via DeskI and WebI rich client no problem in local.

Could you please help us?

AIX server 6.1 where BO is installed

Oracle database :

TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

What is full error received ?
Do you have 32bit Oracle driver installed on AIX ?
What are your oracle related env variables ?

Have you looked at KBA
