SuccessFactors Recruitment - System admin cannot create Job Requisition

Dear Gurus,

I am currently learning SuccessFactors recruitment, and currently using sales demo admin center & provisioning environment for practice. my current version is

Release: b1705.1234962

UI version: v12 (Revolution)

Edition: Enterprise

Admin version: OneAdmin

I tried to create Job Requisition using my sfadmin user id and keep getting "You do not have permission to the necessary job requisition creation methods. Please contact your administrator to grant you the appropriate permissions" error.

I already check my "manage permission role" and it seems all of the necessary authorization object is already there. Please find Role permission based authorization item for sfadmin user ID as attached on file "sfadmin - RBP.pdf" and my permission group as follow.

I also have tried with other user (recruitment admin & recruitment manager) and it went well. However, in my understanding since I am using system admin (the highest authorization) this user should have authorization to do everything in SuccessFactors.

Please kindly give your advice regarding to this matter.
